MY FREAKING HOLOSUN EPS CARRY RETICLE STUCK - HELP!

Okay guys, I'm having a major issue with my Holosun EPS Carry. The reticle is completely stuck. I've tried everything - taking it apart, cleaning it, adjusting the settings, but nothing 300blk vs 556 seems to work. It's like it's seized up or something. Has anyone else ever experienced this problem? Any tips on how to un-brick this thing would be g
